Is AKEBO SOFTWARE connected to RRA?
AKEBO SOFTWARE connects to the RRA EBM system. Each business completes setup and connection verification with our team before it can issue EBM receipts, so you start with a configured, checked connection.
Who sets up my business?
You give us the business information. Our team guides you through onboarding and the EBM setup and verification steps, by call or email.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own stock and sales. How many branches you can have depends on your plan: 1 on Basic, up to 3 on Pro, up to 10 on Premium, more on Custom.
Can my customers order online?
Yes, through your online shop. Basic includes 10 online products and 20 online orders a month; Pro and above have no limit. You manage online orders next to your POS sales.
Can customers pay online?
Not yet. Customers choose how they will pay, such as cash on delivery or mobile money, and you collect payment directly. AKEBO SOFTWARE records the sale and issues the EBM receipt.
What happens to my sales records?
Sales and receipts cannot be deleted. Older sales move to an archive that stays searchable, and access follows your role and your subscription status.
Can I try AKEBO SOFTWARE before paying?
Yes. Your 14-day trial starts when your business is approved and includes the full product. You do not enter payment details to start. When it ends, your account becomes view-only until you choose a plan.
